How do I know if my order has shipped and on its way?
When your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. The confirmation email will not have your shipping tracking information. Once we process your order you will receive a second email with your shipping tracking information.
Who is responsible for lost or damaged packages?
Nirie Collection is NOT responsible for any packages once it has left our distribution center. Any packages that are lost or damaged are responsible by the shipping carriers that were used to ship your package. We recommend that you reach out to the shipping carriers to locate your lost package or discuss your damaged package. We will do our best to help you with the shipping carrier if needed. Please contact us at support@niriecollection.com for any questions or concerns.
Who is responsible for my package that states on my tracking information that it was delivered by a shipping carrier but I have not received it?
Nirie Collection is NOT responsible for packages that have been reported delivered by the shipping carrier. WE DO NOT issue any store credit refunds for packages that are showing delivered by the shipping carrier. Contact us within 7 days so we can help assist you to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Depending on the shipping carrier claims can take up to 30 days to complete.
What happens if items from my order are out of stock by the time my order is processed?
We will ship all items in stock from your order. We will then issue a refund in the original form of payment on the items that are out of stock.
Do you refund shipping costs?
No, shipping fees are non- refundable. Refusing a shipment from Nirie Collection, you will be responsible for the original shipping cost in addition to the cost of the package returning to us. The cost of the package being returned to us will be deducted from store credit that is issued to you.
How do I qualify for the FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION?
Your order must equal or exceed the amount shown to qualify for the free shipping promotion after all coupons and discounts are used. For the free shipping promotion we use standard shipping.
What shipping carriers do you use?
Typically we will use USP and USPS to ship to most locations. To meet shipping requirements for some orders we may use other shipping carriers. Final shipping cost is shown at checkout.

After payments are authorized and verified, Standard shipping orders are processed within 1-5 business days ( Monday-Friday, No Holidays).

Typically you will receive your order within 3-7 business days.
US Priority Mail Shipping:

After payments are authorized and verified, Priority Mail shipping orders are processed within 1- 3 business days (Monday-friday, No Holidays).

Orders must be placed before 1 PM EST.

What items are FINAL SALE ?
Accessories, Bodysuits, Gift Cards, Intimates, Sale Items, Swimsuits, and White Clothing.
How long do I have to return my item(s)?
Please return your item(s) within 14 days from the date of delivery stated on the tracking information you have received.
Can I still return my item(s) if it has passed 14 days?
No, after 14 days we will not accept any returns. Please do not ship any returned item(s) back to our distribution center past the 14 day period. If we receive any returned item(s) past 14 days we will keep your item(s). We will not ship item(s) back to you and you will not receive any credit.
What will I receive for the item(s) I have returned?
You will be receiving a store credit gift card that will be sent to your email. The amount that you receive on your store credit gift card will be the total spent on your item(s) returned. You can use the store credit gift card to purchase an exchange or to exchange for any other item(s) in our shop. WE DO NOT offer an original form of payment for your return(s). WE DO NOT offer store credit for original shipping charges.
What do I need to include in my return package?
Please include the return form and item(s) in your return package. Please make sure that you correctly write your order number on the return form.
Where will I receive my invoice and return form for the item(s) I have purchased?
With every purchase we will email you a confirmation email, provide a physical invoice, and a return form in your package we ship to you.
Do I have to pay the shipping fees to return the item(s) or will you provide me with a shipping label?
Unfortunately, we currently do not provide shipping labels. All shipping fees must be paid for by the customer.
To prove that I have returned my item(s) should I save my tracking number?
Yes absolutely! Please save the tracking number for your return because unfortunately packages sometimes do get lost. With the tracking information we will know that you sent out your returned package.
When will my return be processed?
All returns will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date it's delivered to our distribution center.
