Receiving returned item(s) to our distribution center that are worn, washed, has any stains (makeup, deodorant, ect.), odor, looks worn, and/or missing original tags will not be accepted as a return and a re-shipping fee will be charged. -excessive return history including (wardrobing, worn, missing items, altered)

How long do I have to return my item(s)?
Please return your item(s) within 14 days from the date of delivery stated on the tracking information you have received.
Can I still return my item(s) if it has passed 14 days?
No, after 14 days we will not accept any returns. Please do not ship any returned item(s) back to our distribution center past the 14 day period. If we receive any returned item(s) past 14 days we will keep your item(s). We will not ship item(s) back to you and you will not receive any credit.
What will I receive for the item(s) I have returned?
You will be receiving a store credit gift card that will be sent to your email. The amount that you receive on your store credit gift card will be the total spent on your item(s) returned. You can use the store credit gift card to purchase an exchange or to exchange for any other item(s) in our shop. WE DO NOT offer an original form of payment for your return(s). WE DO NOT offer store credit for original shipping charges.
What do I need to include in my return package?
Please include the return form and item(s) in your return package. Please make sure that you correctly write your order number on the return form.
Where will I receive my invoice and return form for the item(s) I have purchased?
With every purchase we will email you a confirmation email, provide a physical invoice, and a return form in your package we ship to you.
Do I have to pay the shipping fees to return the item(s) or will you provide me with a shipping label?
Unfortunately, we currently do not provide shipping labels. All shipping fees must be paid for by the customer.
To prove that I have returned my item(s) should I save my tracking number?
Yes absolutely! Please save the tracking number for your return because unfortunately packages sometimes do get lost. With the tracking information we will know that you sent out your returned package.
When will my return be processed?
All returns will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date it's delivered to our distribution center.
What do I do if the item(s) I received are damaged, defected, and/or missing in my order?
